Hi, I’m Michael, the baker behind Cabin Boulangerie, a microbakery based in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond.

I fell in love with bread in Paris, where I earned my diploma from Le Cordon Bleu and spent a year learning the craft firsthand - from perfecting baguettes to obsessing over fermentation and crust. When I returned home to San Francisco, I started baking for friends out of my home. One bake led to another, and Cabin Boulangerie was born.

I specialize in rustic French breads made in small batches with simple ingredients, long fermentation, and obsessive care. You’ll find me at neighborhood pop-ups, delivering to local stores, and sharing the process with fellow bread lovers.
